Returns Policy
We’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible. If you need to return a product, here’s what you need to know:

- We will ask a few questions regarding the nature of the return and confirm the address you want the product picked up at.
- Once the return has been approved, we will handle arranging the return shipping and a return label will be sent for you to attach to the product.
Condition of Returns:
- All items must be returned in their original condition—free of dents, scratches, or damage.
- Shipping fees (both ways) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund. If you received free shipping on the initial order, the waived amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Damage or defects to the product will result in a deduction from your refund or may render the product non-refundable.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., your credit card) once the return is received and inspected.
